The National Career Service (NCS) is a one-stop solution offering a wide range of employment and career-related services to the citizens of India, including job search, job matching, career content, counselling, and job fair information. It is an initiative of the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India.

Job Seekers, Employers, Skill Providers, Career Counsellors, Local Service Providers, Career Centers, Placement Organisations, Households, and Government Departments.

Yes. NCS does not charge any fee at any stage of registration, job application, or interview processing. Jobseekers should not pay fees to employers.

Yes. The NCS mobile app is available for finding and applying for jobs. It can be downloaded from the app store links on the portal home page.

Some websites and individuals falsely claim an association with NCS or use its logo. Please verify information only on the official website, www.ncs.gov.in. You may contact NCS at support.ncs@gov.in or on the toll-free helpline 1514. Cyber fraud can be reported on 1930.
