  • Preferably, 10th
  • Certified training for Assistant Spa Therapist (programme aligned to BWS/Q1001 released by Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council)
KEY COMPETENCIES 1
  • Knowledge of the process and products to sterilize and disinfect equipment/tools
  • Knowledge of basic ailments, contraindications, contra-actions, treatment plans, etc.
  • Knowledge of basic spa therapy techniques (range of body massages, wraps, etc.)
  • Knowledge of range of rejuvenation products, procedure for product selection, different skin types and application of products based on skin types
DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES 1
  • Training certification in performing a range of body massages, scrubs, wraps, and facials
  • Training in basic spa product knowledge
  • Training in product preparation for therapies
  • Training in basic hygiene and safety
  • Pleasant personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-oriented
