The tasks a Courier Delivery Executive is expected to perform include:

Collecting packages from the local office
Delivering packages to the customers at their doorstep
Verifying customer ID, collecting payment, if applicable, and obtaining customer signature

Need not handle a team

Certified training for Courier Delivery Executive (programme aligned to LSC/Q3023 job released by Logistics Skill Council)

Knowledge of types of shipment being handled
Basic knowledge of operating a computer
Knowledge of air waybills
Ability to read labels and understand delivery details of the package
Skilled in using the GPS and other tracking/navigation devices
Knowledge of traffic rules that need to be followed

DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES ¹

Training in driving vehicles
