  • Knowledge of basic elements of electricity
  • Knowledge of the kinds of tools and equipment used in erection of poles and towers
  • Knowledge of tower parts and accessories
  • Familiar with circuit breaker, isolators, their purpose and functioning
  • Skilled in methods and procedures for pole erection
  • Knowledge of stringing method and procedures to be used
