EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING 1
  • Preferably, 10th 
  • Certified training for Spa Trainer (programme aligned to BWS/Q1004 released by Beauty and Wellness Sector Skill Council)​
KEY COMPETENCIES 1
  • Ability to manage and lead professionals and helpers 
  • Proficient in planning, creating and delivering spa training programmes 
  • Ability to prepare and maintain the work area ​
  • Knowledge of types of products, materials and equipment required for the treatment
  • Proficient in using processes and products to sterilize and disinfect equipment/tool
DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES 1
  • Decision-making skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills 
  • Certification/diploma in spa therapies
  • Knowledge of the principles and practice of spa therapies
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology for spa therapies
  • Knowledge of spa products​
