EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING 1
  • Preferably, 10th-12th
  • Certified training for Visual Inspection/Visual Inspector - Life Science (programme aligned to LFS/Q0310 released by Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council)​
KEY COMPETENCIES 1
  • Knowledge of principles of good inspection practices (SOPs and GMPs) and visual standards applicable in the workplace
  • Detailed knowledge of manufacturing process
  • Knowledge of different types of defects/problems likely to be identified and the ways of removing them
  • Well-versed in procedures for storing samples and the knowledge of shelf life of products
  • Knowledge of methods of using the visual inspection machines
  • Knowledge of importance of maintaining the master sample for visual/colour matching​
