The tasks a Trainer is expected to perform include:

Providing training to the Service Executives
Training the dealers of the company on all the IT functions
Explaining the flow of processes to all Executives
Training the personnel in account management

Efficient in monitoring the training modules
Familiar with training the service manpower on all the technical aspects
