  • Entertaining the audience by performing difficult and spectacular gymnastic feats such as jumping, tumbling, balancing, alone or as member of team.
  • Imparting training to others

  • Ability to swing and revolve around bars in various directions
  • Ability to leap from bar to bar in different directions and postures
  • Ability to balance other persons or weight in different postures on hands, legs, shoulders, head, etc.
