JOB DESCRIPTION 1
The tasks of a Steward, Ship is expected to perform include:
  • Attending to general needs and comforts of passengers on board ship
  • Keeping cabins clean and in order, making beds, changing used and soiled linen
  • Arranging material required by passengers in lounge and on deck
  • Serving meals, beverages in rooms when requested by passengers
WORK ENVIRONMENT 2
  • It needs one to be on their toes
  • Need to handle a team
  • Local travelling is a part of this job

  • Work from home option is not available
Working hours
  • Ship usually sails for 5/6 days a week and works for 14/15 hours every day. This may vary from ship to ship

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING 3

Minimum –  10th Pass
