JOB DESCRIPTION 1

The tasks a Human Resource Manager is expected to perform include:

  • Planning, directing and co-ordinating the human resource
  • Managing all the activities of an organization with an aim to maximize the strategic use of human resources 
  • Maintaining all the functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies and regulatory compliance
  • Administering compensation, benefits and performance management systems
  • Managing safety and recreation programmes
  • Advising Managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
  • Identifying the changes that should be made and giving recommendations accordingly
  • Allocating human resources by ensuring appropriate matches between personnel
  • Analysing the statistical data and reports to identify and determine the causes of personnel problems
  • Developing the recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
  • Analysing the needs of the employees and providing them with the necessary training
  • Designing employee development programmes, language training and health and safety programmes
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify the reasons for employee termination
  • Developing, administering and evaluating applicant tests
  • Identifying staff vacancies and conducting recruitments and interviews accordingly
  • Maintaining records and compiling statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hiring, transferring, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates
  • Negotiating the bargaining agreements​

  • Need to handle a team of Human Resource Trainee/Executive 
  • Local travelling is not a part of this job role

Preferably, MBA in human resource management
