EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING 1
  • Minimum – Class X/ITI
  • Certified training for Building Operator: V Belt for Transmission (programme aligned to RSC/Q1203 released by Rubber Skill Development Council)
 
KEY COMPETENCIES 1
  • Knowledge of working with components such as rubber sheet, calendered fabric, pokers, knives, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of functioning of the building machinery, drums and their selection, etc.
  • Knowledge of properties of rubber compounds
  • Well-versed with assembly operation
  • Knowledge of various types of defects leading to rejections and their indicators, reasons and possible solutions
